Strengths:  quiet
Weaknesses:  expensive and doesnt push enough air
Review:  I have had mine awhile and it is starting to make noise, but still quiet from a few feet. I wouldnt buy it again at the $19 price tag I paid.

I guess its alright
Strengths:  It is prety quiet, can't hear it at all over my turbine of a cpu fan. Seems to move a lot of air. Did drop my cards temp by a few degrees.
Weaknesses:  It would be better if I could have it blow on the other side of my graphics card, but it isn't reversible.
Review:  I would recommend this fan to anyone who just wants to drop their card by 2 or 3 degrees, but don't expect massive cooling from it. It might be helpful on a fanless graphics or sound card though.
